You may email our support team at any time, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. We normally reply within 48 hours, although holidays, high message volume, or requests requiring additional order review may take longer.
Processing Your Order and Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 days. Standard estimated shipping time is 7–12 days after dispatch; in special circumstances, shipping may take 14–30 days after dispatch. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.
Returns and Refunds
Return requests must be made within 90 calendar days after delivery. Please allow up to 30 days after we receive the returned item for inspection and refund processing. Please review our Return & Refund Policy and contact us before sending an item back.
Returns by Mail
We do not publish a general return address. Contact [email protected] and wait for authorized return instructions before sending an item. The correct return location may depend on the product and order.
